Good reasons to write:
- a correction, such as a wrong episode count, price or tag
- a new series on Candy that we have not listed yet
- a broken link or a page that does not load
- a question about how we review, which our about page may already answer
Please include the series name and what you saw, with the date if you can.
What we cannot help with
We do not run Candy and we have no access to Candy accounts or payments. For a login problem, a billing question or a cancellation, please contact Candy’s own support. Never send us passwords or card details.
